How do I place an order?

Browse our Shop, add items to your cart, proceed to Checkout, enter shipping and payment details, and confirm. You will receive a confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), digital wallets, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Cairo & Giza: usually 1–3 business days. Other governorates: 3–7 business days. Times may vary during peak seasons.

Do you ship nationwide across Egypt?

Yes, we ship to all governorates. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can also check order status in My Account.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging. See our Return & Refund page for full details.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Contact us via Contact Us or phone/WhatsApp 01040700715 with your order number and reason. Our team will guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full at no extra cost.

How do I care for acrylic products?

Wash with warm water and mild soap, avoid abrasive scrubbers, and dry with a soft cloth. Do not expose to high heat or open flame.

Is there a warranty on products?

We guarantee manufacturing quality against defects. If you find a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days for replacement or repair.
